Welcome to My New Blog!
The Lord has continued to lead me on this incredible journey. Encountering new places and gleaning wisdom from each place I visit and the people I meet. It’s a privilege that I don’t take lightly. Currently, on my journey I am stationed in Gainesville, Georgia, working for Adventures in Missions. This is the same organization that I participated on the World Race with and served alongside in Guatemala.
So what exactly am I doing?
At Adventures, I am working with our short term department, as a custom relations manager.
Translation: I mobilize groups, families, and individuals to the mission field. I’ve been transformed by stepping out of my comfort zone to serve those in different nations and now I am helping others do the same. Be it for a long weekend or several weeks I am connecting people to ministries around the world to join their long term vision.
If you would like to follow me, support me and or pray for me please do. I plan to use my blog as a platform to share how the Lord is moving through the teams I mobilize and in my own life.
I will leave you with this quote, Instead of travel I like to insert Missions:
“Travel [Missions] isn’t always pretty. It isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts; it even breaks your heart. But that’s okay. The journey changes you. It should change you. It leaves marks on you memory, on your consciousness, and on your heart. You take something with you and hopefully you leave something behind.” Anthony Bourdain
